SYNCHRO
This course provides hands-on training in the development of 4D simulation.  Upon completion the attendee will be able to develop a 4D simulation from the integration of 3D CAD objects and a project schedule.

Project Management Principles
This 3 days course covers the 9 competencies of Project Management as proposed by the Project Management Institutes 'A Guide to the Project Management Body Of Knowledge' (PMBOK Guide).  Course delivery utilises lectures and workshops with full student notes provided. Upon completion of the course attendees will be well versed with standard project management methodologies that will provide organisational benefits to complete projects on time, within budget and to the client's specification.
